Can I pay less than I owe to Resolve this Debt?
Typically, client policies determine what options are available to you in repaying your debt. Creditors may settle accounts for less than what is owed, however it is specific to the creditor policies. Settlements may include a reduction of a specific percentage based upon various factors such as age, balance or specific debt type.
What if I cannot pay the total amount I owe?
We are here to help you! Monthly payments can be made by visiting our payment website clicking on Make A Payment, or you may call our office at the number listed above under Contact. If you cannot afford the minimum payment offered online, please call our office and we may be able to offer you a temporary payment arrangement to fit your circumstances.

Note that based upon the type of your debt or who the creditor is may limit options available to you.

Does your Service have Hidden Fees or Charges?
NO. We are contingency fee based. If we do not collect your debt, you owe us nothing!
